Sharon Qing joined our company as chief marketing officer in December 2019. Prior to his current position, Sharon was the Marketing Director of Commscope Greater China region, from October 2016 to January 2019. Sharon received a bachelor's degree in Electronic Commerce from Newcastle University.

Jerry Lo has served as our chief technology officer since April 2016. In November 2018, he was also named general manager of iConn Technologies, which aims to establish an intelligent technology infrastructure powered by its data center solutions for the age of the digital economy. Prior to his current position as chief technology officer, Jerry was president of YOFC Shenzhen division from May 2015 to April 2016. Jerry studied communication science at Huazhong University of Science & Technology.

Jason Hwang has been our Chief Procurement Officer since January 2018. Jason joined our company in November 2002 and has served in several sales management roles. Prior to his current position, Jason served as president of iConn, a fiber optic cable factory of our affiliate. Before joining Sinocomms Technologies, Jason was sales and customer manager at a technology development company wholly owned by Wuhan University. He holds a bachelor's degree in international trade from Wuhan University and an EMBA degree from China Europe International Business School.

Finance Director
Wang Meng has been our finance director since May 2021. She joined our company in May 2021 as finance director of Sinocomms. Before joining Sinocomms, she was an audit partner at XIAOGAN YAZAKI AUTO PARTS CO., LTD. Wang Meng received a bachelor's degree in economic statistics from Hubei Normal University (HBNU).

Karen Xu has been our director since July 2014. Previously, she was an independent non-executive director of China Telecom, one of our partners, which is an extra-large state-owned telecommunications company in China. Karen is currently a senior advisor to China Mobile (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. Karen was vice president of China Mobile (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and its director of corporate strategic finance and tax from 2001 to 2012. Cai Li earned a bachelor's and master's degree in electrical engineering from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law.

Henry Lo
Chairman of the Board
Henry Lo was named Chairman of the Board of Sinocomms Technologies in February 2022. He is currently responsible for spearheading the company's public affairs across the Americas and Europe, while serving as special advisor to the chief executive officer on strategic initiatives in international markets. He also serves as a member of Sinocomms' board. Henry is in charge of leading and executing Sinocomms' international growth strategy for globalizing the company and expanding its business outside of China. Henry served as vice president of Sino Optic Communications Limited from September 2012 to December 2016.
